Jeff Schultz




CJ Wilson has been an athlete for many years dating back to his childhood. He began playing basketball and football when he was a young boy for his community youth center. CJ later became a tri-sport athlete in high school as he participated in basketball, football and track & field. CJ was a triple threat on the football field with the ability to play multiple positions. He played as a wide receiver, quarter back and defensive back. On the track CJ was a quick and competitive runner. He ran 100 meter dash in 10.7 seconds, the 200 meter dash in 22.9 seconds, and the 400 meter dash in 47 seconds. CJ’s athletic talent and big plays on the field made him a star athlete and earned him a full college scholarship to play Division 1 football at Western Michigan University. He was the starting defensive back and named the Mid-American Conference (MAC) for 3 interceptions returned for touchdowns. Following his college football career, CJ played semi pro football for the Racine Threats. CJ was named defensive player of the year in 2013. CJ has taken his impeccable skill and talent to provide athletic training to youth of all ages. He has also provided overall personal training to promote weight loss and healthy lifestyle to people of all ages. CJ is a very dedicated trainer as he accommodates his clients based on their athletic ability and needs.
